The games

Homeward, Little Snake and Things in Pieces are provided free of charge for personal entertainment. The current releases have no purchases, advertising, account, or public leaderboard.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to disrupt its availability, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law.

Ownership

The games, artwork, writing, code, and 1D3P identity are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership.

Availability and warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
